Trident Clinical Research

The B2 Team was engaged by Trident Clinical Research, an australia wide clinical research services business to design and document there New South Wales offices relocation. The services offered to the client's incoporated a full site review of existing furniture and fixtures, the development of optimal layout masterplans for the new office fitout and full specification of finishes, workstation layouts, specialist joinery detailing that also takes into consideration the existing corporate identity . Covering two business case resolutions with a re-use option and a 'blue sky' layout. The B2 Team services also incorporated full documentation and budget analysis of all options put forward, this also includes the tendering process for all fitout costings. The whole design process also involves the landlord / lessor communications in regards to fitout limitations.

 

This project is currently under construction and is due for completion in May 2011.
