Haven Village - Tamworth

The B2 Team have been engaged by Haven Village to design and develop a 127 site mobile home park within a 10 hectare site within the Tamworth region of New South Wales. The services provided was to masterplan a comprehensive self contained village with the inclusion in the design of a club house, pools, tennis courts, bowling areas, roadway design and access. This design process also included the developed of three unique 2 bedroom house designs that can be utilised for selection within the park by prospective buyers. All the services provided included council submissions, client budget tracking, design and construction development drawings of houses, co-ordination of sub-consultants.

 The clients also requested that the B2 Team design the marketing collateral, including brochure design, website development and presentation drawings for the sales team.

 

The project is currently scheduled for completion in 2012.
