Greengate - St.Peters Green

The B2 Team was engaged by Greengate Property Developments to design and document a full service interior design scheme for a new 93 bed  multi storey facility, comprising of low care / high care / dementia specific wings. The overall concept and scheme was to be developed in conjunction with feedback from the aged care provider that was to take possession of the property. This developed scheme was prepared and submitted and approved under the ESS application for this facility as prepared by B2 Property Solutions. 

The services provided include full service design and documentation documents, finishes/material specification documentation, full joinery detailing and documentation for construction, ESS application documentation.
