Cerity - Villa Serena

The B2 Team is engaged to provide design services for the existing boutique extra service facility located in Robina, Queensland. The clients brief was to review the existing low care single bedrooms and associated common areas that require refreshing to make sure that the facilities standing remains one of the most sort after location for excellent care, accommodation and atmosphere that surpases the competition.

The services provided include full service design and documentation of a standardised "extra service" bedroom concept module, that is currently being rolled out to 24 rooms within the low care section. This includes construction detailing, full finishes/material selections and furniture and fitting specification. The upgrade works have extended to the main corridors, reception, lounge dining, porte cochere and servery areas. Where the B2 Team has provided a comprehensive interior scheme that complements the existing elements within the facility. 

 

 

The Project is currently underway and will be completed in December 2011.
