The B2 Team was engaged to produce a full design and documentation service for a new 106 bed facility, with a combination of dementia / high care / low care / extra service components. The overall scheme was to roll out the first national design schemes developed by B2 Property Solutions for this facility, that being the 'Hinterland design scheme'. The services provided were concept design, design review and development, tendering documentation, construction documentation, project management review of interiors scheme, custom joinery design and documentation, furniture and fittings specification and pricing procurement. This also included on site visual merchandising and placement of goods on site, with review and inspection for defects claims, on site review of design defects.
