B2 Property Solutions is a multi-purpose Design Firm that is a member of the Design Institute of Australia and can make submissions on behalf of the client / developer in reference to full specification of "extra service" facilities. In addition the B2 Team can develop and tailor a custom national interior scheme standards, for streamlining national or state based roll outs. The type of roll out can apply to property portfolios ranging throughout all levels of Standard Care.

The B2 Team can offer an extensive range of services for both greenfield and existing facilities. Ranging from site reviews for minor modification works, internal refurbishments, additions and extension works, comprehensive documentation and specification for all types of projects. Within these services the team can make all recommendations in relation to internal and external finishes, FF&E selections and co-ordinate the implementation package while managing the budget. This process includes care and maintenance manuals, warranties, industry compliance certificates and specification scheduling for procurement. All design and specification documentation is coordinated to meet with all specific accreditation and code regulations.

The services offered also include specialist joinery design for all front of house and back of house areas, this design development process also includes user group meetings for complete design resolution. Our services also include existing site audits and review of function and design solutions due to existing inafficiencies.
The B2 Team also offers specialist CAD services that can assist with marketing needs, facilities management requirements and also statutory necessities.
